What you guyz Think??
sir
why don"t you establish separate tracks for goods.take private sector into this area.train timings are so late because of these goods trains.with out increasing ticket rates increase express trains.bus tickets are 6 times more than train in Andhrapradesh.
If a confirmed ticket is booked in advance, pls donot refund if the ticket is cancelled 10-15 days before the date of journey, this way the tickets will not get unnecessary blocked.
Booking system needs a drastic improvement.
Be it 2 months advance time or 4 months advance time, the fact is that you get waitlist tickets only even if you login at 8 am.
My suggestion to government of India is to please audit this entire system.
When you can get reserved tickets even half an hour advance in foreign countries, why this cannot happen in India.
In air conditioned trains when bedding is provided hand towels are not provided, despite the cost of use of towel in included in the fares. Unscrupulous contractors may be just putting in the bills for washing and ironing these hand towels, when actually they are not given to passengers at all.Surprise checks should be done by railway authorities to see whether passengers are actually getting the amenities they have paid for.Is liquid soap, toilet paper roll present in the toilets?
Despite rail fares going up and up every time the rail budget is introduced but we passengers never get liquid soap in train toilets, not even in air-conditioned coaches, neither is toilet paper roll made available, everything is flicked before the train begins the journey.Consumers only are made to pay for benefits we never get.All we get is dirty train toilets,stinking,non-functional water taps.Only our fares are higher than world class not the services provided
Administration has not been able to arrest the problem of Black-marketing of Railway tickets successfully despite so many measures, which shows the clear involvement of insiders, those insiders should be booked to nip the problem in the bud.measures like booking through IRCTC or tatkal have only increased the cost of tickets for passengers and not done commensurate benefit
Premium tatkal (TTKL) and 4 months ARP increases chance of waiting tickets in TTKL quota. I end up having 3 Tatkal waiting tickets where deduction 30 each (bank =10 INR) on cancellation. So, 40 * 3 =120. I end up booking premium TTKL sleeper at 3AC cost. This forces me to go to booking Agents which will cost less. People think it is done to just increase revenue.
Can we:
- No deduction on CKWL cancellation?
- Lock seat state during payment process?
- Change from 4 to 2 months ARP?
Railway ministry must create itct debit or credit cards by which every costmer can book e tickets and waitlisted e tickets which is not confermed can be debited or credited in railway debit or credit cards only by which railway can get easy money and the money is used for railway improvement.
It is also suggested that mony in railway cards will be given extra intrest rate by which every member can deposit money in railway cards.
It is easy to get invest mony in railway by common man
While booking an e- ticket we use 2 give mobile no. n den we used 2 get msg 4m irctc 4 so an so booking detail. If we apply d same formula in window ticketing den der r many +ve impact such as saving of paper, cost cutting, time saving, bt nt the least a small part of digital india. -ve r bst service should be provided by company, proof of booking ticket. Modiji its an request dat u should see in dis matter.N im sure dat u ll convert the -ve point into +ve point.N jst take d trail 4 result thnku
