Unreserved tickets can be purchased from Computerised Unreserved Ticketing System counters and also Automatic Ticket Vending Machines which have been installed at major stations.

Suggest solutions for efficient ticketing system.

while booking online ticket some time payment transaction will fail and the amount will be deducted in dis matter pls take a step to refund immediately or provide us a alternative way to book the ticket in the failuare transaction amount only other than to make payment oncemore it will be burden to passengers to pay the amount. it will be helpful to passengers.

In IRCTC pls provide a Current Reservation Fecelity to book online ticket after preparation of train chart there will be helpfull for passengers.

Save power. Doctors learn from Park Text book of preventive and social medicine. IT says that 25 -26 degress Celsiius is right temperature for human body. So do not cool coatches to 22 - 24 degreess. Then blamckets are not needed.

INtroduce double decker simple sitting coaches till all wait lists are wiped off. Those who can not provide ordinary seat, should not think of giving beds.

1.Why not give 1 year's advance booking? GIves interest free money for rail growth. 2.Make life easlier. Why not allow any i card that is vaalid for election with our insisting that the one that was used for booking is shown?

there is only one train which regular basis from pune to bhubaneswar and there is one speacial train which runs once a week..at least one more train needs to be introduced in this line

railway passes to ex-railway employees should be posted at the residential address instead of making the old retired person to stand in queue to collect the pass

This is with reference to local train ticketing system in mumbai- for passengers arriving from outstation destinations on western and central line destinations and wanting to take a local to their respective surburbs, can be given the option of an extension ticket at time of booking(with irctc) so as to save the ordeal of standing in queues with luggage, and climbing bridges after a long journey, will be a smooth changeover to a local train.
