Many passengers canceled their ticket after preparation of chart and TTE looking that as opportunity to make illegal money on running train. So can we use a centralize server to check ticket by a TAB powered by internet facility, so top level management can see how many seat are vacant in a running trains and if any seat is vacant after chart preparation and provided to any passenger His details should be properly enter in that server.

for purchasing the rail ticket in summer / winter vacation one person is compulsory available in window counter to purchase the ticket in the mention in his name in the forms,so agent not get more ticket because agent buy all the ticket.

Tatkal Ticket can be booked by sms by following criteria : Every individual must have IRCTC Id. IRCTC Id must be linked to mobile number and Adhar Card or Voter card Or Pan card or any Id proof. Than that particular number must be authorised to book Tatkal ticket only for that particular ID card holder and must be self travelling with his or her family.

I think 120 day pre reservation is totally under ticket broker. No any one have plan his/her trip 120 day ago. In IRCTC booking side their is to section normal login and agent login. is not good, Common man not get their ticket at actual price. agent take twice and trice time money of actually ticket price

i have an idea to make it more better by starting a system like "pre booking open,order and payment system". i am explaining this here by exaple : i need to book ticket of dated 14/12/2015 as on dated 14/03/2015 but as per railway rules i cant book ticket above 120 days.i expect that rule and want to leave a pre-order to railway for book my ticket automaticly as ticket for That date opened.Also railway can get big fund without intrest for long period from pre-orders.

If we increase fare of sleeper, it will be difficult politically. So, if we add one more class "Sleeper Plus". This class will not contain AC(Instead of AC it should have FAN), but all other features will be similar to AC class. Like charging point, good birth, bedding, dustbin etc. And its fare will be between sleep class and Ac class. If respond is good we can remove Sleeper slowly, This will also help to improve quality of travel.

I think the idea of booking tickets 4 months in advance is just not a good one. A lot of people have disliked this move of Railway Minister. I mean how often does one plan a journey 4 months in advance? This means i have to plan my Diwali vacation trip during my summer vacation?? And as we all know Railway agents capture all seats leaving nothing in hands of an ordinary passenger.Please rethink over this decision
