मेने एक बार गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी को आज तक पर कहते सुना था रेलवे में प्राइवेट ट्रेन क्यों नहीं चल सकती? अब अगर मेट्रो शहरों से 500 km की रेंज में इंटरसिटी जैसी ट्रेन चलायी जाये या प्राइवेट ट्रेन चलाये तो दिल्ली जैसे शहर पर आने वाली भीड़ को आसानी होगी। इंटरसिटी ट्रेन में कोई रिजर्वेशन नहीँ होगा और यात्रा करने में परेशानी भी नहीं होगी

और इससे अलग और जब हम स्टेशन के अदंर Entry करे तब हमारे पास एक फोन मे सदेंश आना चाहिए कि Welcome to Kurukeshtra Railway stationया जो भी स्टेशनहो, जिसे उसका फोन TT द्वारा Check करके पता चल सके कि याञी ने किस समय Entry कि और किस समय उसने अपने फोन द्वारा टिकट का msg पाया । आशा करता हूं कि आपको मेरा सुझाव पसंद आया होगा । धन्यावाद

रेलवे मे जैसा कि आप सभी जानते है,कि लगभग सभी रेलवे स्टेशनो पर बहुत भीड लगी रहती है तो मेरा सुझाव टिकटो को लेकर है। मेरा सुझाव यह है कि जैसे हम अपने मोबाइल फोन मे कुछ नबंर डाल के जैसे *444*21# डायल करके Sms खरीद सकते है, तो रेलवे का टिकट क्यो नही और उस टिकट के रुपए बैकं खाते से न कट करके हमारे फोन की ही राशि(Ballance) कटनी चाहिए । और ट्रेन मे टिकट कि जगह हमारा फोन check होना चाहिए कि इसमे रेलवे का msg आया है कि नही और इससे अलग और जब हम स्टेशन के अदंर Entry

one month ago I went to railway reservation counter "Mudkhed" There was a lady reservation cashier. She took first TATKAL resrvation form, enter it and end of the Q she receive money and return ticket with change. 17 person got res'n situation is change,5 days ago She book TATKAL res'n ticket-took money-returns ticket with change to person. same process for everyone person.only 3 person got ticket among 10. Due to the lenthy process. Is this for Agent profit? Please allow first process.

I totally agree with sagar's idea at least UTS ticketing system can like that of delhi metro ticketing and Pass system.

Can we have a system for passenger and reservation tickets where in like metro ticket controlled gates are available. This will reduce al sort of leakages occuring to railways which contributes to its major revenue loss. In addition to this, this will also remove corruption occuring on account of ticket checkor and black marketing of tickets. We cannot have a corruption free system until it is automated and technology driven.

Namaste India, I believe not only a lot of funds can be raised but cleanness too can be mainted by adopting a strict policy for platform tickets.we ourselves sometimes don't buy platform tickets due to poor arrangements for purchase of tickets,as we often have a long Q to get it. Please introduced a system similar to our metro rail entry so that no one can get inside the platform WT,also can have few automatic counters especially for platform tickets,this will reduce rush in the platform too

Currently the e-Ticket don't capture railway helpline numbers (i.e. cleanliness, wake up alert, on board journey issues and like). Please make revisit the current template and use new modified template and make it useful friendly. Avoid unnecessary information (i.e. promotional advertisement) which is not required by traveler.

Sir now a days get conformed reservation ticket is very difficult. Make it easir i have one idea that will reduce fifty percent difficulty .that is many person are doing job in other state from domestic state if it make rasier prosses to trans. In home state it will reduce crowed . Many person doing job in banks ,post office ,railways in other state if he has been trans. in home town they have no need to travel he also save money for our children. They wants trans. they get trans in easily way.

Sir Indian railways app needs to be more public friendly,even the uneducated people could use it.
