Yesterday, I travelled from Trivandrum to Bangalore by Island express. From TVM, unreserved travelers (appears to be regular) barged into our compartment. There was rush till Cochin. Ticket examiner was least bothered and he did not collect any extra money from them. When they have shown ticket, he simply said yes. What does it mean? Is Railway losing the money? We have to bring them in order, to enable Railway make money and authorized travelers are not disturbed.

sir,why e-waiting list passengers are not allow to travel in railway?if they are not allow to travel then why cancle charge are collect from them?sir you lounch premium tatkal in which charges are 2000-3000. and general charge is 250.is indian railway only wants money? in india person is not able to buy general ticket and you lounch premium tatkal. woww what a government it is. sir indian railway also for poor person not only for rich person. sir india is still developing country not developed.

sir, now indian railway lounch premium tatkal in which 50% bearth from tatkal quota. and tatkal quota are book very fast by agents normal person is not able to book tatkal tickets.and in premium tatkal fare are like 2000-3000.an ordinal person whose salary was 15000 per month then also he is not able to book permium tatkal. suppose a family has 4 member then 4*3000=12000. only one way charg can he perfured train. i think indian railway for both rich and poor so please cancle that quota.

There should be facility of booking combined ticket like Blank Paper Ticket which ih booked by Indian Railways Reservation Counter.

Make more 2-3 general compartment in every train so that Load on ticketing system is reduced and it also helpful for small journey passengers...

I did use the new IRCTC application on Android platform and I must say, it has improved a lot. My request to you is - kindly roll out the same application on other platforms such as IOS and Windows as well.

1. If Waiting is more than 72 and if possible, than please add an Additional coach with Train. 2. Please transparent the Ticketing system. So, mediator (Dalal) can be avoid. I suppose, we Indian can give additional amount to Railway or Gov instead of mediator if we can get the confirm Ticket.

here must be more transparency in current reservation system. e-ticketing facility can be extended to tickets available after preparation of chart

A SLEEPER COACH CONTAINS BAYS/ COMPARTMENTS HAVING 8 BERTHS. THIS IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS/LADIES SPECIALLY DURING DAY TIME .THE SITUATIONS WORSEN IF THEY HAVE CHILDREN BELOW 5 YEARS OF AGE WITH THEM. DURING LUNCH TIME IT IS DIFFICULT TO HAVE MEALS.MY SUGGESTION IS IF 6 BERTHS CAN BE PROVIDED IN LIEU OF 8 BERTHS IN A COMPARTMENT AS IN 2ND AC COACH, IT WILL BE MORE COMFORTABLE. THE PRICE FOR EACH BERTH CAN BE PROPORTIONATELY INCREASED.

For trains running late by more than one hour, the passengers should be informed about this to avoid inconvenience and also to reduce the crowd on the railway platform.
