Ticketing should be manless and automatic like Japan. This way agentless ticket booking helps Indians in all respect. Agents in ticketing is the most serious problems in India. Secondly agents take commissions for entry in the bogies also which is the most irritating issue. Police also managed by Agents for the installments. To cut off all the commission not only ticket reservation the seat reservation also to be atomized like Japan. Ticketing should be in regional languages only.

Loud hooter should be installed at all manless level crossing and the same should start hooting at least two minutes before train reaches crossing to alert all who wants to cross level crossing while train is approaching the crossing. In my view it may be less expensive and will put at alert all.

I have a suggestion to make : A time has come to put 2-3 cameras on each coach to record the commutators in the coach. This will make easy for the security persons to keep an eye on the theft of materials, frauds, kidnapping of children, female trafficking, and any untoward incidence occurring in the coach. It should be connected with wi-fi and should be accessible from any part of India. It will also help prevent criminal activity.

Complaint login phone number should be mentioned on ticket purchase by online or from counter or on the message from irctc. After logging the complaint, passager should received message that his complaint has booked with the complaint number. complaint resolution time should be there. when the complaint got resolve, the message should be sent to traveler of the solution and what action has been taken. after that feed back message should also be sent either the traveler is satisfied or not.

Dear sir Government and people want to improve the railway system. Issue is who ll tell the goverment that what kind of problems the traveler face and on which kind of problems governent should work. there should be a telephone number on which a person can log his complaint. That number should have multiple parallel lines or drop sms facility should be available on that number. number should be mentioned on ticket purchased from counter and on the sms if ticket is booked online. continue.....
