One cause of call drop is ‘overloaded cell towers’. Sometimes a mobile phone keeps a tower engaged unproductively: busy, out of reach/coverage,etc. In such situations, the messages, in some three languages, are too long, eg.: “The ABC subscriber that you are trying to talk to is busy at the moment… Please wait or try after some time…”, etc. SUCH LONG, MULTILINGUAL MESSAGES MAY BE SHORTENED, EG.: "BUSY", "VYAST HAI", "BEYOND COVERAGE", "COVERAGE SE BAAHAR", ETC. THIS MAY HELP. Thanks.

TRAI guideline for nullifying the Roaming charges has not been implemented so far. On the other hand, roaming charges were levied for Remote Customers who are unnecessarily getting mobile signal from same Operators of different state, his home signal is week. Why he will pay on received call at that time. It is injustice and need mass support. Why TRAI guideline is not followed so far.I am talking of the people of state boarder, Can ROAMING charge be nullified for them ???....

On upcoming of 3G & 4G in India, Cost of 2G data should not be charged by the mobile operators. A 4G costumer automatically switches to 3G or 2G when moves to remote area having no 4G. Union Government has given everything in Internet for best use of the Governance. A poor person who finds difficulty to re-charge his top up for voice call, how can he bear the data cost separately. The operators need not require to install separate equipment for their Old 2G equipment, just to run them.

Companies nowadays are charging Voice call and data package at extremely high rate , which not only is unreasonable but also intolerable.if India really wants to get digital it should take some stern steps against mobile companies.3g Data packs should be of low price becz public nowadays connect to gov and world by internet.
