The Department of Telecommunications had requested the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to furnish its recommendations on ‘Spectrum uses charging for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and floor level of AGR based on amount of spectrum held by Commercial VSAT operators’ under section 11(1) of TRAI Act, 1997 as amended.

In this context, TRAI has prepared a consultation paper raising specific issues viz. rates of spectrum usage charges (SUC) based on adjusted gross revenue (AGR) for ISP licensee, minimum AGR for ISP licensee and VSAT licensee, allied issues like schedule of payment, charging of interest, penalty and other related issues. The Consultation Paper on ‘Spectrum Usage Charges and Presumptive Adjusted Gross Revenue for Internet Service Providers and Commercial Very Small Aperture Terminal Service Providers’ has been released on 19th August 2016 for comments of stakeholders and also uploaded on TRAI’s website (www.trai.gov.in).

The written comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper are invited from stakeholders by 13th October, 2016 and counter comments by 27th October, 2016.

आज देश में पैथोलोजी सेंटर गली गली खुल गए है। जहा कोई रेट लिस्ट नहीं लगी होती है।आज डाक्टर भी कहता है की फला पैथोलॉजी में ही जाँच करवाना। दूसरी पैथोलोजी की जाँच रिपोर्ट को गलत बता कर दुबारा उसकी बताई पथोलोजि से ही जाँच करवाने को कहता है। #maankibaaat क्युकी पैथोलोजी वालो और डाक्टरों के बीच मोटा कमीशन सेट होता है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी से आग्रह है की डाक्टरों और पैथोलोजी के बीच कमीशनबाजी के खेल को रोकने का कोई प्रयास करे जिससे गरीब आदमी भी अपना इलाज करवा सके। कैंसर रोगी सेवा संस्था

WHY SHOULD STAND FOR OUR UGC & ALL UNIVERSITIES APPROVED BY UGC? IT'S SIMPLE THAT WHAT UGC SAYS, UNIVERSITY HAS TO DO IT, RIGHT? ONE UNIVERSITY IS GIVING ADVTT. ON WEB THAT THEIR COURSES RECOGNIZED BY UGC & ALL. WHEN ONE STUDENT APPROACHING THE M.G UNIVERSITY FOR EQUIVALENCY, M.G.U SAYS NOT RECOGNIZED THE COURSE AND CAN NOT GIVE EQUIVALENCY. THE STUDENT APPROACH THE H.C FOR JUSTICE AND GIVING INSTRUCTION TO UGC TO GET APPROVED THE COURSE BY M.G.UNIVERSITY. BUT TILL NOT READY BY MGU.

spectrum allocation should be done by geography - area - city -state etc and not by channels. also by distributing bands differently, we can use 100 percent of the spectrum. we can increase the connections by 50 or 100 times by making this change see attachment.

sir sarkari yojnao ki shi jankari ke liye har jila v gram me 1 yojna parchark hona chahiye kyonki kuchh yojnaye to sarkar ke khato me hi chalti rahti ha jinka pata har verg ke veykti ko hota hi nhi ha
