Department of Telecommunications (DoT) through their letter dated 27th February 2019 has informed that Indian Railways has proposed to install an Ultra-high-speed LTE based communication corridor along their network for Train-Ground and Train-Train communication. In this connection Indian Railways has requested DoT to reserve 15 MHz of spectrum in 700 MHz band for the purpose and to begin with 10 MHz to be allocated free of cost as the proposal is devoid of any commercial gain, but only for enhancing security and passenger amenities. Through the said letter, DoT has also requested TRAI to provide recommendations on administrative allotment of spectrum to Indian Railways and the quantum, price, appropriate frequency band (including 450-470 MHz band) and any other related issue.

A Consultation Paper on “Allotment of Spectrum to Indian Railways for Public Safety and Security Services” has been released to discuss the issues involved. Written comments on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper are invited from the stakeholders by 22nd July 2019 and counter-comments by 5th August 2019.

ट्रेन के पटरीओं के दोनों तरफ तारबंदी होनी चाहिए ताकि लोग वहां आत्महत्या ना कर सके और जीव जंतु मर ना सके स्टेशन पर ट्रेन में उपस्थित मूत्रालय के लिए ऐसी व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए ताकि वहां गंदगी और दुर्गंध ना हो ट्रेन की पटरी के नीचे से ही पानी और गंदगी के निकास की व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए।

ट्रेन जो लॉन्ग रूट की होती हैं वह उसके बाईपास रोड अलग होने चाहिए जिस स्टेशन पर स्टॉपेज है वही रूके उसके अलावा वह कहीं भी ना रुके नॉनस्टॉप चले बीच में ऐसा रूट होना चाहिए जिस पर हमेशा नसीब नैना और वह कंटिन्यू चलता रहे तो ट्रेन टाइम भी पहुंच सकता है कई स्टेशनों से गुजरने के बाद जो ट्रेन जाती हैं रुकती हुई वह अक्सर लेट हो जाते हैं और जो ट्रेन लेट हो जाती हैं वह कभी कवर नहीं कर पाती और लेट होती जाती है इसका कारण होता है पश्चिम जड़ों की असुविधा अन सेफ्टी और असुरक्षित हो जाता है कई तरह की परेशानी हो जा

ट्रेन की गतिविधियां बढ़ानी पड़ेगी ऐसा करना पड़ेगा जिससे कि कोई ट्रेन लेट ना हो और सही टाइम से चलें सिक्योरिटी आवश्यक टीम पर भी बहुत ज्यादा फर्क पड़ेगा क्योंकि ट्रेनों में बढ़ती भीड़ है सबसे बड़ी सेफ्टी पर क्वेश्चन चिन्ह लगाता है क्योंकि जिस में भीड़ होगा उसमें सेफ्टी नहीं हो सकता इसके ऊपर सरकार थोड़ा कंट्रोल करें जो लॉग रूट की ट्रेनें हैं उनमें बहुत ज्यादा बदलाव की जरूरत है उस रोड पर ट्रेन बढ़ानी चाहिए और डबल लाइन होनी चाहिए क्रॉसिंग बिल्कुल नहीं चाहिए इससे क्या होगा कि हमारा आवागमन पर बहुत ज्या

First we have to do the entrance policy like the metro then we got more money to run Indian railways easily. Then we have to do solve the problem of bargaining to challan by TTE in train. And the otherside the ticketing system should be change.
