TRAI Invites Suggestions for Consultation Paper on Allotment of spectrum to Indian Railways for Public Safety and Security services

Department of Telecommunications (DoT) through their letter dated 27th February 2019 has informed that Indian Railways has proposed to install an Ultra-high-speed LTE based communication corridor along their network for Train-Ground and Train-Train communication. In this connection Indian Railways has requested DoT to reserve 15 MHz of spectrum in 700 MHz band for the purpose and to begin with 10 MHz to be allocated free of cost as the proposal is devoid of any commercial gain, but only for enhancing security and passenger amenities. Through the said letter, DoT has also requested TRAI to provide recommendations on administrative allotment of spectrum to Indian Railways and the quantum, price, appropriate frequency band (including 450-470 MHz band) and any other related issue.

A Consultation Paper on “Allotment of Spectrum to Indian Railways for Public Safety and Security Services” has been released to discuss the issues involved. Written comments on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper are invited from the stakeholders by 22nd July 2019 and counter-comments by 5th August 2019.

In this organization specially 60℅ of employees work and 40℅ enjoy either in the name of trade union office bearer or have some tie up with high officials. 60℅ who works among them hardly 40℅ workers are efficient and have good knowledge. 60% workers are not efficient enough. surprisingly they don't even know to operate computer but drawing min above Rs.50000/- per month. 1st government should fix the salary of employees as per their eligibility. Uneducated Engineers can be found only in Rly

Safety is a primary need and right of every citizen,trai should allocate a spectrum to indian railway but railway should pay at least some fee to trai by imposing 'safety fee' on their tickets. By annual income from that safety fee,railway shall pay it to trai for 20years ttill then the spectrum is valid. The safety fee is different for different trains ex.5%for express,7%for superfast trains,3%for passenger trains,8-9%for freight trains and so on.

spectrum should be allocated to companies on the basis of sales revenue model. As companies are out of money so they should be given opportunity to get credit .Similarly all govt. agencies should be leased to private companies on basis of sales revenue model. and development on public private partnership.

RAILWAYS WAS INCREASE THE FACILITIES IN TRAIN .LIKE TO PROVIDED GOOD FOOD FOR PASSENGER ,TO PROVIDED DRINKING WATER WITHOUT ANY IMPURITIES IN WATER.

बिना हेलमेट .. जुर्माना 200 / - नो पार्किंग में पार्किंग ... जुर्माना 300 / - नो एंट्री में वाहन ...... जुर्माना 500 /- प्रदूषण सर्टिफिकेट नहीं ... जुर्माना 1200/ - ट्रिपल सीट ड्राइविंग ... जुर्माना 2000 / - प्लास्टिक का उपयोग .... जुर्माना 5000 / - खराब सिग्नल .. कोई जिम्मेदार नहीं है सड़क पर गड्ढ़े ... कोई जिम्मेदार नहीं है अतिक्रमित फुटपाथ .. कोई जिम्मेदार नहीं है सड़क पर रोशनी नहीं .. कोई भी जिम्मेदार नहीं .. सड़क पर कचरा बह रहा है ...कोई जिम्मेदार नहीं ..... सड़कों पर लाइट के खंभे नहीं ..

hi sir good morning,i am from andra here lot of insecurity on trains,most of the people suffer about that.most of the people fear to travel on train.girls have more insecurity sir.some idiots are do some uncomfortable hings for girls in train sir my friend face that problem in train sir,pls avoid this sir by appointed a police or any security things for us.neatness also very big problem sir,trains washrooms are really very very dirty feel very uncomfortable sir pls avoid this also sir.thanks

sir pm modi ji me ek garib pariwar se sambandh rakhta hu me shiksha ke bare me jankari lena chahta hu ki garib ke bachche 12th to padkar aage nikle jate hai magar ve aage koi course nahi kar pate hai kyoki hamre pass itane paise nahi hote hai ki hum koi course karwa sake sir koi esi yojna banaye jisse hamre bacche bhi aage badne moka mil sake tabhi to ise desh se garibi ka ant hoga phir usi se kai bachcho me padne ki lagne peda hogi kripya sir meri tippni per gor kare aapki ek pahl hi kitane

નમસ્કાર સર મેં રેલ દુર્ઘટનાં ના વિષે હું મારા સુજાવ આપવા માંગુ છું. પરંતુ મને એ વાત નથી સમજાતી કે આટલા બધા રેલ દુર્ઘટનાં થયા પછી પણ કોઈ એના રોકવા વિષે કેમ પગલાં ભરવામાં આવતા નથી....?? કેવલ પીડિત વ્યક્તિ ને પૈસાનું અનુદાન આપીને ભૂલી જવાય છે..... કેમ રેલ મંત્રાલય કોઈ એવી ટેકનોલોજી વિકાસાવ તું નથી જેનાથી કોઈ દુર્ઘટના જ ના થાય ....?? હું એક એન્જીનિયર તરીકે સુજાવ આપવા માંગુ છે કે જે એકદમ સિમ્પલ છે અને જરૂરી પણ છે અને જે આપણે ઉપયોગ પણ કરી રહ્યા છીએ એ છે PLC system .PLC SCADA

नमस्ते सर जी मेरा निवेदन है कि जिस तरह मुंबई लोकल चलती है उसी प्रकार छोटे-छोटे शहरों या छोटी जगह को जोड़ने के लिए इस तरह की लोकल ट्रेनों की व्यवस्था हो ताकि जो रोजमर्रा के चलने वाले लोग हैं उन्हें समय-समय पर सुपरफास्ट ट्रेनों की व्यवस्था मिल पाए ताकि उन्हें एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन में ना चढ़ना पड़े और एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन के यात्रियों को भी कोई परेशानी ना हो इस तरह से मुंबई लोकल ट्रेन की तरह छोटे-छोटे यात्राओं के लिए ट्रेनों की व्यवस्था पूरे देश में होनी चाहिए जिसमें यात्री किराया भी कम हो निवेदक रंजना
