Sir,
There is congestion outside the trains as well on railway stations. Sometimes overcrowded platform leads to unwanted events on arrival/departure of the train. Problem is that specified waiting area is not quite adequate for them.moreover sitting benches on plateform should be increased. it should cover at least 70% of the platform length with multiple rows wherever needed.
thank you

Sir,
In matter of safety it is very much required to avoid the congestions inside the boggies. due to this many people are travelling on doors at high speed and even on roof of it near HT electric line. We need to increase number of general coaches/trains to accommodate the access passengers based on travelling pattern of people.

In Indian railways safety is biggest concern. Railway Accident factors: Derailment, Un-manned level crossings, Casualties & compensation, Consequential train accidents, etc. Railway core values include safety, apart from security, punctuality, reliability.
Safety areas - passenger, road users, quantitative reduction in accidents, improving asset reliability, prompt rescue & relief operations.
Investment priorities : rehabilitation, renewal of assets, modernization & technological upgradation.

Indian Railways should pay attention on chain pulling because most of the time this plays very important role in the occurrence of accidents and delay in trains.Another important thing is sanitation in coaches especially in sleeper class
