Make all telecom free from roaming. Improve network speed. Provide all telecom networks in rural area hilly area and those areas which away from town, so that we can connect when traveling in train or bus.

I don't have much regarding digitalisation of FM, but one thing i has to say regarding roaming. Make all telcom operators free from roaming charges. As GST came to force still roaming charges are imposing on customers by operators. Make one nation, one network, thank you. Free from roaming is needed?
It is still not electronically possible to transmit digital signals in open air/space like the analog signals. However, by ensuring digital transmitters and receivers by using good quality transponders, proper channel of transmission, robust information coding and intermediary stations at regular intervals in path of transmission for cleaning signals free from noise and interference, digital radio broadcasting by private broadcasters is possible. The bandwidth can also be increased if needed.
Now a days almost all the radio sets have been out of order. However FM & digital transmission are being received and usd through mobile handsets. So AIR Cuttack may transmit their programs through FM/ atleast the Odia News to be transmitted through FM of Bibidha Bharati Cuttack. For wide range of broad casting it may be linked with Radiocity.com/Radiogarden.com.
We can improve all types of frequency by using Optical Fibre network.I think it is single solution for all problem.
