The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has been mandated by the TRAI Act, 1997 to regulate the tariffs offered by the Telecom Service Providers for its various services. Despite the amendments made to the TTO and other regulations issued by TRAI to factor in various market developments, a need has been felt to undertake a comprehensive review of the TTO framework, albeit in a phased manner, starting with a discussion on the core regulatory principles enshrined in the TTO, Directions and Advisories issued by TRAI on various aspects of the tariff framework from time to time.

In order to identify and address the various emergent issues and challenges, inter-alia, related to regulatory principles of tariff assessment e.g. transparency, promotional offers, disclosures and non discrimination, adherence to the principle of non-predatory pricing, meaning of predatory pricing, relevant market, assessment of dominant position etc., Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released Consultation Paper on ‘Regulatory Principles of Tariff Assessment’ on 17th February, 2017 to solicit comments from the stakeholders.

The objective of this Consultation Paper (CP) is to bring about greater clarity in interpretation of various regulatory principles set out in the TTO in consonance with the best global practices.

ALL THE ILLEGAL HAWKERS SHOULD BE GIVEN LICENSE BY INDIAN RAIL WITH NOMINAL FEES I.E. 500 PER MONTH. THIS WILL GENERATE REVENUE AS WELL IT STOP ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AND CORRUPTION OF TCs, RPFs AND GRP STAFF, NOW THESE MONEY WILL BECOME LEGAL AND WILL GENERATE REVENUE TO INDIAN RAILWAYS. ANOTHER IMPORTANT ISSUE IS THAT, ALL THE HAWKERS IDENTITY WILL BE NOW WITH RAILWAYS SO IT WILL HELP RAILWAYS IN CRIME DETECTION.

I am pratibha shrotriya, b.ed 3rd sem student, I have completed my post-graduation . i want to take part in the samvida shikshak examination. but i read in some newspaper, pursuing b.ed students can’t able to take part in samvida, but in every examination last sem student can able to take part. first of all i want to tell you. 1 year b.ed course duration is increases 2 years. fees also increases double. then also we can’t use our qualification.why? plz tell us?

Sir Private school fees regulation act is necessity for protecting paalak ,because Private schools are looting parents.You do something today otherwise they are looting one more year.
