Add a call center kind of inquiry room with one number but, around 50 person can call at a time or even more, according to your expenditure.

NTES is great software & helps very much.Especially,"Spot Your Train" system is fabulous.But,i would like to request u to add a software for complaints, whee one can complain regarding the problem in train while traveling like.. empty water tank.. then one can send this complaint along with the train number and coach number, with his seat no. and name.By the nearest station problem can be resolved.Here i pressurize u to ask name,seat no.,even PNR number,so that none cheat you by fake complains.

Right now as per me the inquiry system is perfect ....if we can improve the online or internet based inquiry it would be much beneficial. See we have to divert the traffic of calling towards the online inquiry and for that we need to strengthen our digital footprint. If we are able to do so it will automatically divert the traffic from it and will have scope to improve it further.

Hon'ble Sir, The Rajdhani Express may be renamed as "ADARSH RAJDHANI EXPRESS" or New "ADARSH CAPITAL EXPRESS" may be introduced with following facilities: 1. Maximum Safety, Security and Service 2. Medical Aid 3. Wheelchair for differently abled passenger 4. Arrival Kit ( Water Bottle, news paper, Pen, Note Book etc.) 5. Dustbin 6. Bathroom with necessary toiletries 7. Handicraft and Stationery Shop on train to increase income 8. Wi-fi facility etc FARE AS PER FACILITY.

Online train enquiry system is perfect...no need to do any changes in that...but ya..surely 139 is time consuming service...it takes a long time to have the information which one seeks to obtain

Third is option for operator on calling 139 does not come straight forward. I have to unwillingly choose some option then after some time i hear an option to talk operator. Why such ?
