One thing i observed that in 3AC coach there is a dustbin just below to the wash basin, but there is no dustbin in Sleeper coach that why the people (80% approx) of the 3AC dispose there garbage in the provided dustbin while on the other hand in the sleeper coach people are through there garbage out from the window that makes litter on the track.
I personally put my garbage below to my lower sheet by that the garbage will be clean by the sweeper and through out collectively.
1) IRCTC should have good, ease and fast mobile app to support people's services.
2) A mobile app or website should track the train positions with the help of GPS by giving train number or src dest points.
3) Shut the train toilet outlets when the train is in station.
4) The passenger should know the TC contact number. In case of emergency the passenger can call. ALL the TCs should be given unique number and all passenger should know it, when passenger calls it should connect to nearest TC.
As an architect, i am more concern about the quality of space and quality of my nation.
Firstly i would like to share that travelling is my great passion in life. so i travel lot by t train.

TTE should be made accountable if they do not issue tickets , if seats are available and they ask for money their should be SMS compliant no. where passenger can log compline and at next major station vigilance officer can check and suspend the TTE
Manual system of providing Reservation Chart to TTE should be done away as early as possible, everything should be digital and all TTE should be provided a Computer cum Printer sort of device which should do the following jobs:-
1. Checking of passengers from the Reservation Chart given by the Railway main server in his device, 2. Updation of Passengers list automatically by the Railway System of the details of new passengers who join the train on the way 3. Issuing Cash Collection Receipts.
Can we not have the tatkal booking scheme for every train starting 24 hours before the journey starts instead of 10 am for all the trains simultaneously ?
This will reduce server load as the traffic will get distributed over 24 hours.
Real time booking with selection of seats/berth
All vaccant seat should be shown online after starting from Origin station so that passenger can book his seats.
No waitlist or rac ticket should be given.Remove this system.
Air tickets are not booked in waitlist.
Station announcement before reaching next station.
Single luggage collection and delievery with ID marking on each luggage while accepting and it can ne cross check while returning.
Scanner should be used.
Only food and
TTE should have real time EFT book and the Reservation Chart should be available in his book and presence of passengers should be checked from that EFT Book. It will help in many ways:- 1st to know the nos of vacant seats/berths in real time wherein seta/berths can be booked from next stations onwards on the way online or from window of current booking, second it will facilitate cancellation of tickets when one misses his/her train, thirdly and most importantly it will remove corruption.
TC makes good money every day by not issuing unreserved tickets during the travel in reserved coaches.... As i saw he was having more cash in his pocket than expected. Rs.30/-, Rs.50/- Rs.100/- were the common currencies found with him. I feel more authorities are involved in this with out their support it cannot happen.
