In addition to the digital services of railway we can add the 'instant trains time schedule updates' of each day. Regular passengers and tourists could become aware about trains arriving late or not and can set their timings according to that. This might become helpful in preventing the last time rush of people at stations.

we should think a bit wider, how much we spend on importing of oil and how much we pay to convert rupee to dollar . we need to find the way out . there is a way out to cut 65% of oil import to india and at the same time cost of transpotation of goods will come down by more than 59% which will drag down the inflation rate. its easy

The new inquiry system is not authentic .U have not put a single check on them .We should see that our Pm is posing the deparmental working .Its time that the officer in the ac rooms need to do field work and there work should be integreted with the field officer.131 should be restarted on regional level .Make traxking of the train .Switch of the old system not the people because these very people are connected with common man .Make competence the criteria for Incentive system to improve

The thought of Digitalisation ia very good but one thing we are missing the general public the maxinum output to the society The Common Man,A person with all the resources can reach the system .But how shoyld system reaches every man .We should be people centric not avoiding the basic man.The reality of the 139 is that you have removed the personal touch by making it centralised on call centre basis the quality has degraded before it was in 131 inquiry .now u give paid enquiry which is useless.M

I request our PM to see for railway stations as well as trains of our state Chhattisgarh which is not very much better can be done best than better.

FDI for railway dept. is very good for our railway by which it will be best for terms of service and business as well as the university is also very good of railway which has to be made..

Platform ticket is always an issue
Either people do not take it either people could not take it due to long queue at ticket counter
A Bluetooth device should be installed at station
so that people can take ticket from Bluetooth as everybody has such mobile in which mobile is having Bluetooth.Ticket fare should be deducted from Mobile talktime
Either a service should be started where you send an sms and you get platform ticket via SMS
like Send PLATEFORM to 55555
deduct money from mobile

Every employee in every department should carry his/her employee card on daily basis. The card should be punching card so that the attendance of employee should be taken on daily basis. If a employee carry his card in her neck , a visitor can recognize the person is genuine or an agent . in this way we protest the corruption.
