A voice enabled & sms enabled inquiry system to be simply triggered by the Train Number, starting point & destination...should be set up, along with train reservation status updation in real time. Customer should be able to get his train schedule, availability of reservation as per the class of his choice, check the status of his reservation all personalized through a unique code on registration. A frequent traveler unique code can also be generated for repeat visits & ease of use.
