Railway minister, chairman &General manager should upgrade DC lines to AC lines also work on those lines which don't have electricity lines for which diesel engines r needed to operate

Pvt (indian) firms should be permit to partner with indian railway to introduce latest train & equipment so old technology & trains doesn't run for long decades

Railway should construct railway line (bridge) like bullet train from point to point such as Kalyan-Nashik,Kalyan-Karjat & Ratnagiri-Kankavali which will be only used by express train so train can run @ a speed of 150 & above without facing various hurdles during it's speed & safety

मैं शिक्षा क्षैत्र में कार्य करता हुँ माह में 15-20 दिन रेल में यात्रा करता हुँ|यात्रा के दौरान जब प्लेटफार्म व ट्रेन के अन्दर लोगों को भीख माँगते देखता हुँ तो विचार आता है-"क्या दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा रेल प्रशासन एक सेवा व स्वावलम्बन का कार्य नही चला सकता?यदि इस प्रकार के भिखारीयों को अपने स्टेशनों पर रेल्वे की आवश्यकता के लिये कागज के डिस्पोजल;भोज्य सामग्री;आदि के निर्माण के केन्द्र खोलकर उसमें काम देवें एवं उनके भोजन;आवास एवं कपड़ो के उनको काम के बदले दाम भी दिया जावे|"

I have filed RTI request MORLY/R/2014/64486 on 18th July, 2014. Due to no reply 1st appeal MORLY/A/2014/61045 was filed on 2nd Septembember, 2014. But till date no reply from anywhere I got. My Information required is: What is the minimum disability percentage required for a orthopedically handicapped person to get concession in railway fare. As you told that the sysystem will be better, sooner reply and action will be initiated. But sorry to say there is a big difference in talk and action.
