Make the platform ticket available through mobile. There are many instances where citizens end up not buying platform ticket seeing the big queue or not having exact change etc. The idea is just send one SMS to a toll free number mentioning the station name/code and get the ticket as SMS with validity details. The ticket cost (Rs 5/-) can be paid as SMS charge to the mobile service provider which Indian railways should collect from them. Similar things can be done for unreserved tickets as well

I belongs from KUSHINAGAR district UP and works in NOIDA and I took trains for Gorakhpur for visiting my home .it is the hardest work in the world to find reservations for this root even at the starting dates of reservations.so my suggestion is that pls try to introduce double Deckard trains on this root.thanks

Sir, I have to bring to your kind notice the state of Roads in Bangalore. I am sure you would appreciate the immense stress and loss of critical time. Most of the working middle class spends on an average of 4 hrs on the road, driving to and from office. A good idea would be to implement a plan like "1 Minute per KM". Includes intersections, traffic signals, road condition and speed control. I want to live in an India with good roads, equal/fair opportunities and value for hardwork. Tx, Shyam

Delhi's major departments like Delhi Police, DDA, MCD, Delhi University, Delhi JAL Board etc are independent bodies. The Chief Minister of Delhi is very secure regarding responsibilities & all criticised others for the fault. If Delhi Transport, PWD become independent then no need of CM in Delhi. Delhi could not become the State it should reconstruct as UT again.

Dear Modiji, Here are a few suggestions for making it a earning cow for itself and the country... 1) We can create a seperate boggy or boggies on trains which can work as live shopping center, coffee shops and library and cafe 2) Run advertisements boards similar to those running in restaurant chains and in the form of banners on the trains which will help keep it look good and also earn.

Many of the Govt. departments are passing individual claims by passing railway tickets submitted by the Individual. There are certain areas we need to refer to railways for verification of tickets viz. for Waiting list tickets. If railways provide a verification link (similar to verification of PNR No) Govt. depts can verify same immediately.

Respected sir, As a citizen of india I see very embrassing situation while travelling in train in waiting list giving the equal money but no passenger even ready to give little space to seat and for arriving of bullet train in india takes a time.
