Dear PM & Sunil Prabhu ji, Considering huge demand for Konkan railway & life line for Konkan ,Karnataka,Goa & Kerala development & tourism please consider doubling of track of Konkan railway which is single line at present.Single line has lot of restriction for new trains introduction & goods train.This will real bonanza for entire belt.They will bow for BJP for rest of life.

Train booking is 60 days in advance.Tatkal is 1 day prior.The gap is huge. 1.people have to wait till last day on Tatkal quota if they do not get tickets 60 days prior.This has become Tatkal tickets source of black marketing & unnecessary importance of it. 3.if possible release some quota after 15 days/ 4 days & 1 day prior so that people will get good comfort of booking.So that people will not go for other source of transport waiting till Tatkal day.This is revenue loss to railway.

It can be upgraded to have modern accommodations, this all can be developed using private public partnerships without any extra investments. Railway inquiry system can also support in these accommodation booking along with other value added services. It is already online so not much of additional infrastructure expenses will be required.

Dear Sir, Railways can generate revenue through many other means that just tariff. Since Railways connect all sections of society/demographics, so each railway station can be made a modern hub for business activities. For example: 1. Near Villages it can become center for farming product trading and transportation center. 2. Near cities and metros, it can have big shopping and business complexes with all modern amenities. Need many more words to explain in details... 500 is too less.

My suggestion for The Mumbai Local Railway for -We can start with 20-25 trains in Peak Time in which The coaches would be like the Metro Trains coaches ,so in the Rush at least people can reach their destination on time

Respected prime minister jee, I would like to draw your attention towards e goverenece so far as tendering process in any public construction /Repair of i) Roads ii)Building is concerned. whenever any contract is awarded in a particular locality of the city, then details of this work should be displayed on the site stating name of contractor, amount of contract, time frame within which this work will get completed and the name and email of the authority to whom any complaint can be made.
