In case of tel operators, we first need consistency in services. Unless and until we fix the basic issues in the network, there is no point in expecting transparency in this model.
Considering the situations, fist we will need a service charter fixed and define strong actions if service provider fails in providing basics as per defined service charter. One of the recent example is call dropps issue. Integrity, availability and confidentially needs to be considered at every level.

Sir,
1. Roaming across India should be made free on all incomings.
2. Booster packs to be normalised by cost, validity and conditions.
3. No local and no Std booster packs and it should work in roaming as well.
4. One number one india rather than having multiple Sim for state.
5. Internet packs price to be slashed by 50%. It's way to expensive. Humans pay for air 2g,3G,4g.
6. Postpaid plans to be revisited and flexibility to return to old or previous plans. As operators always make money.

Sir,To be quite honest I believe Mobile financial services are just useless presently due to limitations of what can be done on a small mobile screen plus the app's are all generally useless as they hang a lot. Most banks ignore even updating their app's and who can blame them, the customer base for these are minimal. Instead I would prompt you to focus more on internet PC based financial systems as the access is much easier and user friendlier.

Dear Mr. PM,
I run a telecom company based in Hong Kong and US. We are 3rd tier wholesale telecom operators, buying selling international talk time of 65000 country codes including India. Due to lack of definite TRAI regulations and non-existence monitoring authorities Indians are operating and paying huge taxes out of our country. This is a huge revenue loss for India. The wholesale telecom market is a multi trillion dollar market. For more details please share concerned person contact.

Sir, beside various regulations recently implemented by you this un organized sector is facing lots of issues related with finance and the late completion. Sir as you know this sector is unorganized and persons in sales departments n man power face lots of issues like companies put their salaries on hold. This force the sales guys to do fake commitments to sell the products. This oftenly seen in other sectors. You may do something for them by forming a board or a union for their welfare. Regards

There should be proper customer communication mechanism and should follow each service provider. I will give you example how service provider making fool to customer:
1. Once you activate any 3G/4G. You will get the confirmation that service will stop after a limit like 1GB/ 2GB. But that service never will stop and end of the month customer socked with bill.
2. There is huge difference with data usability billing and real usability. I have some the proof. That need to be stoped.

Sir, telecom companies do not allow data carry forward. Like if i unable to use my data in that particular month it will expire next month if my data usage exceeds limits i have to pay huge as data over usage. Same can be followed in calling sms. Means if we pay for a plan we can use it to fullest. Thanks and Regards

The review of Financial Transactions using mobiles may sound very digital and highly trendy.
A) Mobile Banking over wifi and networks are risky.
The apps being installed on mobiles browsers and banking apps are trending to a very difficult phase.
If the Indian Ballot can be cast over a mobile then we can be assured of high tech security.
All information stored including Banking transactions must be limited to mails as you give a declaration to all that you give them access to your mob

Sir,people having multiple accounts in different banks having debit card for all accounts. The basic details of this customer (i.e pan card)has been registered with debit card provider like visa, master or rupay.why should all this card not been clubbed that multiple debit cards needs not to be issued.lots saving in it.Even customer is benefited with only one card with all accounts.
