The plan is good but it only focuses on Heritage and Religious aspect of the city, you should make some provisions for skill development, which will improve the service providers and also generate more employment opportunity.

To my understanding there is immediate need to work on the following priorities to make faridabad a better place to live
1. Efforts should be done to make faridabad slum free city
2. Robust Solid waste management system should be put in place.
3. Storm water management system along roads to avoid water logging
4. E-Rikshaws should be encouraged
5. Empowerment and responsibility on municipality to stop illegal construction , maintenance of parks, cleanliness of roads etc.
there should be provide free internet so ppl of city can use the benefits of goverment programs and facilities
