'Karnal' is one of major city of Haryana. It is also known as a city of 'Daanveer Karna'. Selflessness is the foundation of the city. It is known all over the world for production of Rice, Wheat, and Milk and for agriculture research Institutions like NDRI, CSSRI, Wheat Research Directorate, National Bureau of Animal Genetics Resources, Sugarcane Breeding Institute, etc.

The city is growing at a great pace towards development and information sector making it an important magnet for the state of Haryana.

#SchoolInformationManager In each office of Education Department like Block Education Offices and District Education Offices there should be sanction posts of school Information Manager to stream line all technical tasks from upstream or down stream offices.

#Karnal Government Schools level should be improved.Like banks today government school are shifting thier work from manual to digital online and School Information Managers are playing remarkable role in this. So in each Government school there must be senction post of School information Manager.

सरकारी स्कूलों में प्राथमिक शिक्षा पर जोर देना चाहिए ! इसके लिए स्कूल , क्लस्टर ,खंड ,जिला व राज्य स्तर के अधिकारियों के बीच तालमेल होना बहुत ज़रूरी है जिस से राज्य स्तर के अधिकारी भी स्कूल से सीधा जुड़ सकें ! इसके लिए सूचना प्रद्योगिकी में एक्सपर्ट स्कूल इनफार्मेशन मेनेजर का साथ लिया जा सकता है ! शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा मैनेजमेंट इनफार्मेशन सिस्टम ऑनलाइन पोर्टल एक बहुत अच्छी शुरुआत है ! जिस से अध्यापकों को गैर शेक्षणिक कार्यों से मुक्ति दिलाई जा सकती है !
