Sir, why only I. Delhi, but we should also have in cities like Mumbai and their extended suburbs like Thane and Navi Mumbai and other major cities.....Maybe we should call it "Race to the Top" the city with the most wifi enabled spots. Challenge each miniser in every state on who will ensure that they have the maximum number of wifi enabled spots in their state. Have a daily update on Facebook and also get people to rate the wifi spots. Goverment only needs to be a facilatator in the PPP project

mai ek cable operator hoo kolkata area me. Broadcaster & MSO jis tara se paisa bara raha he, hamara business karna muskil hai. hamara yeah bahut garib lok rahata hai. Din din petrol drisel ka dam ghat raha hai aur cable ka dum bar raha hai, analog ke samay (before 2013) 120/- me sab channel milta tha. Aaj (after digitization) minimum channel (180/- +32.25/- tax) 212.25/- me milta he. Agla mahina me 200/- +34.72/- tax) 234.36/- milaga. total channel 358/-. so pls think it today.
