Public speaking classes should be there in every school and every college
Youth is our strength as we have maximum population of youth. For leadership development among youth we should
1.make them know what leadership is. Can be done by setting examples. 2.By promoting healthy competition among young people.3. By proper channeling of youth energy and vigour. All these have education at its roots.starting with primary education can we induce sense of leadership and tben giving them opporrunities at the higher level.so we should work for education with sense of compettn
Here is a very good video - Making a world of difference, Please watch.
One good leader can create another good leader. If our existing leader (could be a minister, MP, MLA of a area, collector, administrator till a village sarpanch) should enrich them self by proving a good and effective leader then then they can create more youth leaders who will follow them. Unfortunately the MLA, MP selected, they are not that much effective and efficient. They got selected just for BJP or CONGRES or MODI..which shouldn't be appropriate. First improve in your party.
Youth have the qualities but for it they need a platform which is lacking. If we think of parties it's all about corruption & power only.
There should be aplatform with certain projects in every gramin level to which a youth interested must be assigned to that task so that he can enhance the same activity in others
First and foremost character. Discipline, knowlegde
finishing school programs should begin from grass-root level
