sir, we should look forward by taking technology in use like trackers and ECF (emergency call facility). we can put micro chips in jewelry with emergency notification facility inbuilt. this can be installed in bangles, necklace,or other accessories . in case of an emergency one can push the notifier button to inform local police station and it will show his/her location for easy search and timely response.
