there should be improvement from two sides

Not Only India all nation should use technology to prevent crime against women. Modiji plzz do this and exercise Anti-Rape Squad and put those bastards in jail with charge of rape attempt with lifetym punishment bcz once he come out he will do smthing bad. Rape attempt=Rape(my view) so full punishment. Now women can go early morning jogging can walk on road late night with confidence :)

Sir my humble opinion is 'Anti-Rape Squad'.
In my view Rape is an emergency bell as we all know prevention is better than late justice.

A wrist watch should be provided to all women/girls with a emergency gps activator. Within 5-10 min Anti-Rape squad shd reach there i dont care u use helicopter/ferrari.
Dat way we can give freedom to womens to go anywhere anyplace in day or night with dat gadget. This technological help can help in such cases of kidnapping on streets etc.
