The energetic city of Meerut is getting closer to fulfilling its Smart City goals. Meerut has been selected for Round-3 under the Smart Cities Mission of the Central Government. As ...
Respected Sir,
Suggestion for Swatchh Bharat Abhiyaan - Cleaning of Abu Nala and Kali Nadi , repair and proper maintenance of cities existing drainage system which is ultimately connected to Abu Nala.
Respected Sir,
Myself is Rajiv Bhatnagar , Short Film Maker from Meerut. Recently I have made short film on Swatchh Bharat and also Meerut - The Smart City.Things to improve in this city.1) Planting more trees, flowers to make it greener and cleaner 2)Employment required from various MNC 3) Strict rules for cleanliness 4) Proper AC Auditorium for cultural programmes 5) Every park should have running musical fountain 6) Helmet compulsory for everybody 7) More awareness programme 8) Smile on face
Meerut needs development in every segment whether it is establishment of new industry with a focus on running industries, crime free zone, power back up, water supply, connectivity through metro to NCR.
The main thing which we have to adopt in Meerut is e-goverance and strict rules to be apply on every department and peoples.
1. Smoking and Spitting Zone to be declared.
2. Safety to all.
3. Rules & Regulations awareness.
4. Traffic control in Meerut city.
5. People awareness.
meerut se crime kam ho
Meerut is the nearest city from the capital but still not developed. the issue which Meerut face is safety because company doesn't interested to invest in city, roads nd transportation is another issue and Meerut should be come in smart city
meerut should be crime free city
Sir As we are aware first freedom fight started from this city in same way in past meerut have witness many riots also. No government have taken such step which can make better understanding between each other. Smart city will give a boost to moral of every citizen. some more step to be taken for better understanding
i)Create some organization which have the member of all the community and organize cultural activity, games, and exchange of ideas etc
ii)awareness about Historical monuments
In India not even a single city has traffic management for lane driving . People are never educated about benefits of lane driving . Either people drive at their will frequently changing the lanes or slow vehicle drive on fast lanes thereby stopping or slowing the whole traffic . My suggestion is to educate the traffic police about enforcing lane driving. This will improve average speed , reduce chances of accident and surely helps in removing congestions.
To make Meerut a smart city keep following points in mind,
1. Remove encroachment from every road. At least from shastri nagar L block to begum pul, medical to Hapur stand up to Odion cinema and begum pul to jagran chowk at Delhi road.
2. Improve traffic movement mainly at Hapur stand and Bhainsaali bus stand.
3. Closing of slaughter houses.
4. Meerut is already a medical hub, there medical college need to be improved on the line of AIIMS.
First of all I would like to say that our City Meerut will be a smart city very soon.
According to me :
1. Safety for All (Children, Women, Old Age People, Businessman.
2. Smart & Affordable Education for All.
3. World Class Medical & Hospital Facility for All.
4. My Meerut-Smart Meerut should be well equipped with latest technologies.
5. Transportation & Cleaning should be world Class.
6. for My Meerut-Smart Meerut, Electricity supply should for 24 Hours.
