Sir, recently I was asked to apply for DIN ( Ministry of Company Affairs ). I got different advice from different people. Our advisor tells us that FAQ on MCA website are old and guidelines have changed. I had read that you wanted remove the system of attestation etc but I am now told to visit Indian embassy to get my documents attested ( website says self attestation will be enough ). Please instruct ministry to simply process. I would suggest a discussion panel on removing such red tape!

When I was in 7th standard ,I wanted to visit my uncle living in USA , We went for VISA interview ,they rejected saying there was no proof that we'll return back. Then again in 8th we tried , with some confirmation from a high authority ,then also we were rejected. My point is though the staff is good but why are we being questioned in way that makes us feel as if we'll create a havoc in their country. Ofcource I would'nt want to leave this beautiful country! ever !

During 2005 I got great guidance from HE HC of India of Benin Sri Ashok Mirchandani, when I wrote an email about a prospective employer located Benin.
I am really thankful to him.
May many many bureaucrats in India be like him.

During 2005-2006, those days I was located at Tema, Ghana. I was keen to do my MBA with Amity distance leraning. As per procedure from Amity, I was to write examination in supervision of Indian High Commission at Accra.
I initiated communication with India HC at Accra, visited personally on several counts, followed with email/telephonic conversation but I was not given approval for writing examination. Finally I had to give my desire of further education. Person in-charge was Mr. Joshi.

The immigration form has a column for last country of visit and every required details.
The harsh mannerism of officers at immigration @ IGI Airport Delhi is sickening & intolerable.
The basic etiquettes for addressing travellers & fellow citizens lacks in immigration staff.
Please conduct training on communication skills & mannerism to greet, request & courteously thank every traveller they come across to make them feel welcome to our country.

Immigration @ IGI Airport Delhi(India): On returning from a holiday I was so happy to see that immigration form rules regulations out of which one point stated that immigration officers will be polite and courteous in asking questions. I went smiling happy to the counter and when my turn came and I handed over the form, first question asked,"Kahan Sey Aa Raha Hai Tu?"
I dont think shiny infrastructure can hide the displeasure of misbehave by govt employees.

Thanks

various attestation and certificate issuance services needs to be relooked. For example Indian Embassy, Kuwait issues a relation certificate (required for obtaining Kuwait visit visa) with 6 months validity , will the relationship change after 6 months. If someone goes after 6 months for same relationship certificate, he is charged money again to issue a new certificate. All such services should be logically reviewed.

Dear Modiji,
I would like to bring this to your notice that when you are trying to minimize the attestation process in our country, the process still prevails in Consulate general at USA. To get a power of attorney notorized, one has to spend 40 USD, and more than 70USfor a set of loan paper. Also one has to stand in long queue for getting documents attested. In USA a layer attestestation process is less expensive and painful. So I request you to make the process free and fast.
