our people go outside to earn money but they don't care about their health. in forming groups with the help of emphasis they can learn yoga and they do yoga daily. Monthly embassy should conduct meetings and they discuss about the peoples problem. In meetings they insist to join in yoga class with their family.

I have read most of the messages here but would request to consider my point at top priority: every embassy should have a legal advisor who can represent any Indian who faces legal actions overseas specially when he is on business visa. In the case that I am aware the locals registered a false case and the person was taken by the local police and taken statement while he didn't have any legal aid. Lastly on visiting embassy all he realised was that they were helpless in d matter

Embassy at Doha, Qatar: Indian families are finding it extremely difficult to send their children to school especially with soaring expenses, increasing school fees. However, the Qatar government, I hear, has offered land to the Indian Embassy to establish a school for their diaspora. Water and electricity will also be provided by the government. If the embassy can actively take up such issues it would be highly beneficial.

Embassy at Doha, Qatar: Documents have to be submitted and collected during working hours. A day off has to be taken to visit the embassy. It should have an online appointment system. There should be at least one counter for accepting and returning documents after normal working hours. Poor people find it difficult to forego their attendance even if it's for a day. Also, the embassy should make clear what documents should be submitted for each application, reducing chances of rejection.

Embassies could hold discussion forums with locals, resident Indians and visiting Indian officials/experts on relevant topics (like the ones on this mygov website); resulting action items can also be assigned to the participants to take forward

The Hague, Netherlands - All services should be appointment driven, bookable online. Appointment times should be honoured and clients' time should be respected. Requirements should be clearly communicated (online) and if more info/docs reqd., client should be informed by phone/email/sms asap. Embassy should function like a professional unit providing services to clients for a fee, not a bureaucratic organisation
