(IT) There’s a huge gap between what’s taught in engineering (Computer science, IT, CT) & what’s expected out of an engineering graduate to deliver in IT Industry.
We are still teaching them C,C++,Java in BE, whereas mostly the requirement is for Cloud, HANA, ABAP,etc. This wastes time of engineers, learning obsolete stuff in BE days & a pain area for IT industry to train them, delaying revenue generation from these resources. Govt needs to re-look at the BE syllabus & make it profession oriented

There are many un-noticed facts that include sex-ploitations by the very "so-called protectors" of these charity homes, if unearthed, will be more dangerous than the "Nitahari case" (Surinder Kohli & Pandher) types of examples.

Can Mr. Prime Minister look into the matters of family controlled & 'self interested' rehabilitation centers / institutions for the specially abled in our country.

There are thousands in number in all parts of India.

I am very much concerned for these group of people, who are at the mercy of camouflaged "goongs", who enjoy their lavish lifestyles by eating 90% of the grants and donations from all philanthropists and Government exchequer?

I have a different idea for Skill of Govt employees especially working in fields susceptible to corruption , I feel that certain percentage of such employees should come from organisations like defense which are assumed to be relatively unaffected by corrupt atmosphere . Govt should employ 10-20% of these post from armed forces by holding examination for defense personnel having minimum 5 years of service . This way we may get a new work culture at these posts also army would be getting newer

In CA course, every student needs to complete her / his training in CA firm, and only when the articleship is complete with passing in examination , a student receives certificate of CA . Same way medical students have entranceship. Same way for engineering students also , industrial training must be there as part of curriculam. In these six months period with their fresh knowledge and enthusiasm then can be of really help industries in innovations , new ideas for their products and services

We need to improve the skills of bank employees especially with the Prime ministers scheme for bank account for everyone. There should be periodic refresher courses for them to be more proficient in handling computers. There should be pre and post tests to evaluate how much they have benefitted from the course. Those who score high should be suitably rewarded

Please make it mandatory for all recognized news reporters and journalists to declare their income and properties every year..Now a days they are becoming more and more corrupt and started blackmailing in return for money...Media is an important pillar of democracy.. They have ability to change the mindset of people and greater impact on society. They should answer the way they are making money and source of income.

We lack at innovation due to lack of proper technical guidance at college level. India has no major product of its own.
Reason : Staff mostly with no industrial exposure at college.
Solutions :
Private companies should tie up with institutes and under the corporate social responsibility, interact with the students and let them know the latest happening in the industry and keep them updated. Currently very few students get a chance to work as interns during their graduation.
