The Government of Odisha has launched the Lakhpati Didi Sahayika Yojana, a transformative program aimed at empowering rural women by fostering entrepreneurship and enhancing sustainable livelihoods. Anchored in the state’s commitment to women’s empowerment and poverty alleviation, this initiative aligns with national objectives under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihood Mission (DAY-NRLM). Government’s focus on the economic growth of women in self-help groups through the “Lakhpati Didi Initiative,” aiming to make women members earn an income of one lakh rupees annually, with a target of creating 25 lakh “Lakhpati Didis” by 2027. As on 18th June 2025, 16.60 lakh Lakhpati Didis created across the state.

As part of its citizen engagement efforts, Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), a JV of Public Sector Undertakings under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, in collaboration with MyGov, conducted the Quiz on Energy Efficiency for Sustainable India from 21st January 2025 to 30th April 2025.

The National Commission for Women in collaboration with MyGov, invited citizens to participate in “Short Video Competition on the theme AhilyaDevi- Viraasat Aur Vikaas“.

In support of promoting coffee awareness and celebrating India’s rich coffee heritage, the Coffee Board of India, in collaboration with MyGov, organized the “Beans and Brains” quiz to spread knowledge and appreciation about Indian coffee, its varieties, cultivation practices, and global significance.
