Bilaspur Smart City Talk

As per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Urban Development for smart city challenge, the third Stakeholder/Citizen consultation meeting is being organized by Bilaspur Municipal Corporation on 1/11/2015. The meeting will start at 4:00pm at Lal Bahadur Shastri School, Dikshit Sabha Bhavan.

Discussion on the options of Pan city and Area Development projects will be carried out during the talk show.

The meeting will be headed by Member of Parliament (C.G.) Mr. Lakhan Lal Sahu, in the presence of Mayor Bilaspur Mr. Kishor Rai, Municipal Commissioner Mrs. Ranu Sahu. Members of Laghu Udyog Sangh, Merchant Association, Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and Lions Club will also be present in the talk show.

First all pick up of garbages & thrash from each colony should be done by registration of each house. Penalty to be imposed for not for breaking rules.
Traffic rules to be more strict.No parking signages to be put up. Heavy penalty to imposed for breaking rules More traffic lights & CCTV monitoring to be installed at all round abouts. Traffic signages & poster to be put up for creating awareness in public at every 100 meters. Speed limit signages to be put up.

1. INDEPENDENT CITY i.e our city should be made self dependent in every field.

2.National or International Airport construction
3. Quickness in services needed (like health,traffic management,public grievience solutions)

4.Pending development projects (like metro) should be completed
5.Networking facilities should be made more advance
6. Work opportunities and business flourishing activities should be created to raise economic level of city.
