The issue of social access and equity are far too complex. While the gaps in average enrolments between disadvantaged groups like SC, ST, Muslims, girls and Children with special needs and the general population have decreased, there is still a considerably large gap in learning levels with historically disadvantaged and economically weaker children having significantly lower learning outcomes. Large and growing learning gaps threaten the equity gains achieved on the enrolment front because children with lower levels of learning are more likely to drop out. We need to examine current interventions in bridging the gender and social gaps and identify focused strategies for effective inclusion.

3.Some schools are putting very bad examples.Parents from remote areas are sending their children to educate them but after 2 or 3 yrs also they come to know that their children are not able to read books of 2nd class as they are studying in 5 class. So this disappointment leads to the mindset of parents of not sending children to school.

Maam how much do u think that digital education will help in improved quality and inclusivity. what are the steps needed to impart digital-edu to villages?
Inclusive edu for children with special needs is yet to be not comprehensive specially after 8th standard and still we have no data of how many such childre have completed their school education.. as per my opinion we are not able to implemet the inclusive edu for secondry stage after 15 yr implementation of SSA. I hope this issue must be focused under new policy
