Sir, pay parity between ICAR headquarters and their Institutes for the post of Assistant/PAs/PS are pending since 5 years. Now, Central Govt. is going to implement 7th pay commission in the month of July or September.
Hence, we are requesting to look into the matter as the earliest.

#TransformingIndia I want to start project for preservation of desi cows. I am having dream to make awareness among the peoples and all farmers about the importance of our desi cow and benefits to human beings. How government will help me or how can I take the help from govt. for this specific project easily.

Govt must encourage use of modern science & technology such as GM crops to improve farm productivity but recent development wrt to Bt cotton technology looks like decisions are taken based on ideologies and not science. Investors & researchers community feel demotivated with govt intervention into technology agreements between two parties. We feel govt must have industry-investor-research friendly environment else our ease of doing business will not hold true.

Sir, We are living in such a country where farmers get reply from electricity authority that, electricity connection for farm will take 3 years. What farmers can do till the time? How the farmer can do the progress or helpless to do sueside? I got this type of experience before 2 days. Those peoples are asking handsome bribe in lacs for connection. Which farmer can afford pls let me know sir.

While the government has taken several initiatives and reforms to help the growth of agriculture sector, GM crop technology seems to be discouraged through govt intervention to control royalty & Bt cotton price despite its impressive performance in cotton. Any specific reason for this?

Don’t you think an order such as the one on May 18 with respect to pricing & royalty will hinder the future of innovation in this country?
