Save distance education degree of Punjab Technical University passout students it was erstwhile DEC who gave the permission to offer courses outside its state from 10th march 2010-8th june 2012 and we admitted in its kolkata study centre in 2011 when DEC had permitted,but currently IGNOU and few other universities are not accepting and saying PTU is not allowed to offer outside its state since 2009,complained to MHRD and UGC but they are not taking any action and UGC is sleeping,please help us

Mam the government under leadership of our far thinker and a techno prime minister shri narendra modi and your leadership in MHRD was tremendously done very well. The education system improved day by day and absolutely a transforming India on a foot step of transform our education system too.
Mam I have just one suggestion that every university run by the government must have their previous year question papers and also all related book available online on their sites.

There is a large pool of educated women staying at home for their well being of kids n family. Can you please look into starting some online career counselling for school kids where house wives will guide students as per there expert area and that will give some credit score to women, which they can use as experience if later they want to start career. I am an MBA and have 6 years of work experience and feel the need to utilize my learnings so far.

Mam some universities are creating difficulty regarding territorial jurisdiction policy in distance education,since 2007-2012 ,4 times this policy has changed so what will happed to those students who admitted in outside the state of university when that university was permitted to offer courses but in the mid of the course the same university was barred from offering courses outside its state,so what will happen to the degree of existing students ,bcoz some universities like IGNOU creating issu

Ma'am what is the future of thousands no of Karnataka State Open University Mysore #KSOU pass out/existing student mostly girls and poor students?? We student are suffering for no faults and waiting for your decision in this regard from last one year. Please take needful action asap to save many poor students future.

namaste mam.main chahata hu ki aap ek aisa R&D Programme banaye jo hamare charo taraf natural energy hai use electricity me convert karne ke liye machine/gadgets banaye.for example jab hum 40-50 KMPL par gadi chalate hai tab hame min.40-50 KMPL ka air flow free me milta hai agar hum kisi bhi vehicle me alternator/dynamo with wings(as split ac wings)lagakar design ko modify kar de to hame vehicle ki accessories(AC,Stereo,Lights)chalane ke liye bahut si electric free me mil jayege.

Student suffering with the wrong behaviour of UGC and other universities like IGNOU,despite degree valid some universities treat it as invalid because of confusion,It’s a grievance that why not UGC opens a website or link on its website for checking degree validity ,after entering the Roll No of the distance courses passout students , directly it will display Valid /Invalid,based on data like approval year admission year and territorial jurisdiction policy that time present when student admitted
