Sir We have to spend enough to provide Aadhaar Card to all persons in our country.Those who are foreigner and or does not have address proof also need a Aadhaar Card, which will help in tracking criminal.Govt. may enter relevant data in such people Aadhar Card so that they could be identify for isolation.We should finish this exercise in 2020.
