I wish to also add that self-dependence (atma-nirbharta) is excellent. But we need to do a lot to actually up-skill ourselves and be self dependent in this highly disruptive, competitive and technology enabled times. I wish to put forth that more onus need to be given on public sector units, make them accountable and outcome based for making country self reliant as these organizations consume a lot of resources including financial with minimal risks for their employees.
