Is it possible to go for an agreement with the countries, from which India is going to buy fighter planes, to supply their own fighter planes in use (old) and stationed in India (free cost or chargeable basis) to meet any emergency situations during foreign aggression till the time new ordered fighter planes are delivered to
India. Authorities may think over it if feasible.

Sir please make a software for MV Act, using the DL Number, so that offenders can be given a warning before being penalized. In this time of crisis, with limited money to fulfill our needs, if we are caught not wearing a helmet, atleast we should be given a warning for the first offence rather than imposing penalty and harassing common man. I know it's for our safety but imagine the mental state a common man is going through.
