मैंने एचडीएफ़सी बैंक रुद्रपुर शाखा जिसका ifsc कोड HDFC0002836 है। मे मुद्रा लोन के लिए आवेदन किया था। जिसका प्रपोसल संख्या 92873227 है। बैंक द्वारा इसे रिजैक्ट कर दिया गया है।बैंक से पूछे जाने पर उन्होने जिन कारणो को बताया वह किसी भी रूप से भारत सरकार एवं भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा जारी। मुद्रा योजना के द्वारा ऋण लेने संबन्धित नियमो से नहीं मिलते है। एवं यह भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक एवं भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी मुद्रा योजना के गाइडलाइंस का घोर उलंगघन है।अतः महोदय आपसे निवेदन है मेरे साथ उचित न्याय किया जाए

आप मेक इन इंडिया और स्टार्टअप्स के लिए प्रोत्साहित करते रहते है परंतु नौकरशाही आज भी स्टार्टअप्स को लाइसेंस देने में भ्रस्टाचार कर रही है बल्कि सरकार बहुत टाइट है कहकर घूस की रकम बढ़ा रहे है।एक सत्य उदाहरण के तौर पर आपको बताना चाहता हूँ कि उत्तर प्रदेश में पहले थोक दवा का लाइसेंस 75000 से एक लाख में बनता था अब उसका रेट 1.5 से 2 लाख तक पहुंच चुका है,आप को आश्चर्य होगा इसकी सरकारी फीस मात्र 3 हजार है और आवेदन पूर्ण रूप से ऑनलाइन है।

Financial scams committed by promoter of companies should be stopped (IL&FS, Dewan Housing, PMC Bank) . This is making people cautious and refrain from spending as the future looks uncertain. If confidence given to people about financial security spending would go up which in turn would spur consumption and tax collection and wheels of economy would start running.
