Cellphone is compulsory to apply for RationCard.If Card is issued & we want to buyRation,again we must use cellphone instead of only showing Card.NowFingerprint is asked so only card Holder can buy.If holder is sick,others helped by taking card to shop & buying & giving to holder.Now others can not help. We can have the data collection of people who had vaccinated by having records of some documents of the people like Aadhar Card which would keep records with the help of technology and make implementation of vaccination in a proper way .

In one case the girl was burned by her family and in another she had committed suicide.Sir , with due respect I urge you please make some strict laws for speedy trial and punishment for criminals.
