Namaskar, My suggestion is that if we could unite the agriculture industry and create the forum in which they should be guided on the local level, by the experts, from planting to marketing,
The reason behind this is to give farmer the best price of his produce and to give consumer the affordable price by eradicating the middleman chain,
other thing I suggest is to stop covering the open land with concrete specially in the small and big cities

Any change in pf will hurt middle class people like me

My self Vinay From Bengaluru Engineer,as casual talk while traveling in office cab i was talking to our cab driver, since he had daughter i informed him about sukanya sumdrudi yojana ,he told he his not aware of the scheme,i told him about the scheme and inform to his fellow drivers ..My suggestion is let all govt and private schools inform the parents about the scheme through some meeting or through their students ..we can see all Suknyas samrudhi.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं आपका ध्यान कुछ महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों की तरफ आकर्षित करना चाहता हूं-
(१) तालाब, कुओं आदि का संरक्षण एवं निर्माण एवं अन्य तरीके, जिससे भूमिगत जल स्तर को बढाया जा सके ।(हमारे क्षेत्र में भी भूमिगतजल स्तर तेजी से घट रहा है)
(२)जल की उपलब्धता के आधार पर ही फसलों का चयन किया जाए।
(३)वर्षा के जल को अधिकाधिक संरक्षण किया जाए; यह कार्य जनता के सहयोग के बिना संभव नही है, इस हेतु water literacy को बढावा दिया जाए ,ताकि अनुशासित जीवन शैली को अपनाया जा सके।

Also, to add to my previous suggestions - i would request you to intervene and see if we at the age of 40 can also apply for some government jobs. We can't apply for even bank jobs, whereas, unable to understand the reason of having age limit in such posts when there is no physical calling attributes. When we were young there was BSRB and had lots of recruitment problems, pls see if you can help us not getting old-age feel.

Sir, Transferring government servants when their children are studying in class ten, eleven or twelve can deteriorate their performance in the examinations and thereby loosing their targeted goals in today's highly competitive society. So will it not be possible to put a stay during this time? This action will certainly be a moral booster to those children.

Administrative reforms are crucial to achieve governance and economic reforms, but needs a big bang approach. Gradual changes will not help a sad situation.
