SIR,There are thousands of technical colleges in the country.Every year lakhs of students get revealed.Students should undertake a project in their final year.Many valuable and face changing ideas goes to drain without any use.So,please open a website under research and development ministry and ask the students to register their ideas and projects in that site.Pick up most effective ideas and implement where needed.By doing so more people get encouragement in research from student level.

I would like to share my views on transgenders.Most of them don't have a respectable place in society.I am daily seeing lots of people spitting,urinating,throwing garbage on roads.When there are several transgenders jobless & suffering in poverty & most of them involve in clandestine activities, why can't they be employed as sanitary & traffic inspectors.I believe by involving them in Swach Bharat, it is a win-win for them & country.

These days we are facing a severe problem and scarcity of the basic necessity for survival: WATER.
I request you to aware people not just about saving water but to conserve and harvest water.
The drought has become an yearly phenomenon and in some parts all through the year.
I request you to urge people and Municipal Corporation for rainwater harvesting.
This way we will be able to address two problems:drought and floods.
With forecast of good rain this year, this is very important.

We are blessed with Sea's in many states where we have ample of water (though Salty in nature).We can try to purify this salty water by creating Purification plants. The water should be purified to an extent so that it can be used for routine purposes like as simple as washing cloths, using water for bathrooms, washing utensils etc.We can create pipelines for all the villages and cities of India with this purified water and can ask the general public to use this water for purposes.

Govt. shoule Provide Tax rebate on the amount of Indirect Taxes an individual pays
If the government says that I get income tax deduction on all the amount of Service Tax I pay in my hotel bills, I as an individual will be willing to take extra pain to get proper bills when ever I eat out. Similaryly any transaction I do
