Sending wanter tankers on train was superb idea, but if all trains that pass through any drought hit areas all over india are attached with few tankers on regular basis and are filled with water from the nearest water surplus area and these tankers are dropped off and picked up like flipkart, amazon by the passing trains, we can ensure that enough water is supplied on continuous basis to these drought hit areas in these crisis time. Will be glad if any more inputs needed on the practicality.

So I appeal all the MPs to pass the The Right of Citizens for time bound delivery of Goods and Services and Redressal of their Grievances bill.

Namaskaar Hon. PM ji. 2016 summer has been the toughest so far in terms of soaring temperatures and the extreme heat wave across the country when compared to earlier years. The main reasons attributed to this is the decrease in the country's green cover & the ground water levels. The ratio of number of trees planted to replace number of trees cut to pave way for "development" is extremely low. Like "Swachh Bharat" mission can the task of improving green cover be taken as a mission by the Govt?

1. Rainy season starts after one & half months later we have to implement rain water harvesting in everywhere mainly it has to be starts from govt buildings like Gram Panchayats, Bhavans, Schools and Colleges ect. Govt is spending more for drought affected states for that we have to find permanent solutions. Every house should implement rain water harvesting and recharge ground water level, mainly it requires in cities because all rain water will be completely go to drainage.

I want to suggest u about misuse of fund by gram pradhans in villages. U releases lots of fund for development of villages but gram pradhan and related officers do not expend complete fund for development of village but they are commiting scams and major portion of fund is used by them for their own use and development is shown only in files only.
So my recommendation is that there should be proper audit of fund by AUDITOR(CA) so that fund may b used properly.

Give emphasis on rural India: Agriculture,youth,senior citizen,village to village connectivity and to choose right person to be elected without being biased by any means.
