in order to improve the working efficiency in Govt offices, my suggestion is to keep national holidays to 2 & state holidays to 2 i.e 4 only. Let the employees decide any 5 religious holidays they want to take in a year in advance.Let there be only 5 Casual leaves and no R.H. leave & reduce Earned leaves granted to employees by 10 days in a year.So in effect, Govt offices would remain open for more days in a year and this would help in work efficiency as Govt offices would be closed for 4 days

Respected Sir,
I am Gautam Goyal, CA from Faridabad, we should choose any bad and ill maintained street, road or area in Faridabad City, then develop the same with consent of locals and effected ones upto the international standard and show the example to the people that how things can be converted from bad to good with minor changes and attention. I sincerely understand that people will cooperate in full if asked to develop their area as well on the same method.

Sir one more suggestion, talk on any topic you like in Man Ki Baat, but please start some program where government can share updates on promises and work being done, this will make people aware that they have not chosen wrong government and government is working towards people of this country. an new program can be started or you can include in Man Ki bat itself.

Dear Sir,With all due respect,I would like to mention here what I feel in my daily life.
Every body is talking about development and progress of nation and good quality of life to individual, however what does this development means? Because of democracy and number game every body is focusing in implementing plans to lucrate a mass. what about an individual who had taken challenge of life and made himself to survive and also contributing in nation development by paying tax. no respect for him.

Sir it is sad to know that one day onions are sold in MP Mandis at just 20 paisa kg. Farmers are not able to get even there harvesting cost. Forced to leave unsold in Mandis. Sir, I suggest that there should be designated places like weekly markets in every area of Cities like Bhopal or delhi which should be called Kissan Haat where they can bring their products and sell directly to the consumers. Panchayats and DC offices should have the knowledge of them and help kissans.
