I want to request your attention towards the process of online application for PAN card. It should be completely online in this digital era. #DigitalIndia is not possible without bringing our important services online totally. I have to visit a post office or courier service to send the filled in application form. Design needs to be highly improved. Also If I have to correct something I have to post the documents again, why can't I have an option to scan and upload. #MyGov #MannKiBaat

Sir, my submission to you are, 1.Coal blocks operation is really very slow and your full attention is needed to resolve the issues. All the de-allocated coal blocks should be re-allocated expeditiously and start operation forthwith to create employment & provide electricity all over the country. 2.Reservation should be based on the economical condition only of a candidate irrespective of any cast & creed. It will be the first symbol of development for our country in reality.

Sir I recently read about a report where india needs 4.6million civil engineers by 2020 but only 7-8 lakh engineers will be available with the required skill . we lack behind many countries regarding skill development. Apart from iits and nits we see very less R&d initiatives due to lack of fund and will power. Majority of the student are reading engineering in pvt colleges and universities . To empower the skill we need strategic planning to restructure this pvt institution.#MannkiBaat #MyGov
