I would like to point to the poor education system in our country, I am having my IT company in Ludhiana/Punjab. It is next to impossible to find the right candidate. At the same time, lots of peoples are unemployed.

The reason behind it, a big gap between what they are studying and what Industry required.

For this, I have a good idea/plan

Sir effort of PANI foundation,NAAM foundation for the farmers and villages should be appreciated from the man ki baat platform, As it will boost there morale. if such effort are encouraged more and more such organization will come forward, which involves the villager itself in thier work to bring the change. This is the same thing you wanted from people of INDIA to step forward themselves to bring about a change they want to see

Respected Prime Minister Ji,I have one suggestion for Government related to Health of our Citizen,Sir today drinking water in all part of our country is not in condition to drink and live disease free,Sir Govt is doing everything for public health as ayushman bharat or other but sir govt should provide subsidy in Ro based Offline water purifier and should make price approx 500 rs ,Sir it will help a lot in public health as It will eradicate water borne disease which is more common .

Dear Sir, 10 lacs bankers fertility and their families are going through immense stress due to too much pressure and shortage of man power. you are requested to address the issue.it will benefit and improve working condition of 50 lacs families.

Aadarniya Modiji, please provide jobs to transgender people(hijjada, chakka) so that they can live dignified life, instead of begging. Please provide education to kids of women stuck in flesh trade. Please take action against women and child trafficking and child beggar rackets. Please think about providing Govt run old age homes for our deprived elders and please make old age pension contribution compulsory every year so that elders to be will have strong finance in future.

Pls refer my earlier essage on seeds and fertiliser supply to avoid loan waiver. Thru DBT, giving low cost or free seeds and fertilisers, will help national agriculture plan to avoid excess produce, low market price, matching damd n supply in the country, hence, double income. Any crop failure will avoid loan default n hemce no stress on Banks or misuse of loan. small farmers holdong up to 5 acres can be given this DBT benefits as part of doubling income..

You should talk about safety of girls in our country. I am saying to you because some people follow you if you say to them to protect girls at their basic level I am absolutely sure that they will do whatever they can do to save girls .So that each and every women teenager,girl child can feel safety in its own
motherland

We were expecting the Unified civil code under your governance. Still not implemented. There shou ld a control over increasing population in India. All those who involves in harrassing women irrespective of victims age should get capital punishment
