One of the Major Matter is that in Current Times, Some Private Companies like Showrooms, Malls and other Small or Large Business Companies are Fair with Women but Not For Men as they take 10:30 hours Work Without Any Over time from Men. If We are giving Facilities to Women then Why We Consider Men as Taken For Granted. Kindly Make A Rule that Every Company Cannot Take Work More than 9:00 hours From Both Women and Men. If they still want then can take Only Once A Week.

Normally we have seen so many dogs in our area which lead to a lot of dirty things and also a very dangerous situation as they can bite others which we don't have any control. So my suggestion is to call the dog catchers and other animal helpline members to take away all the dogs to their department which is the right place to keep them.
