I would suggest the following measures to curb BLACKMONEY without any public outcry.
1. No INCOME TAX.
2. Ban high denomination notes above 100.
3. More than 25000 Rupees of CASH transaction is illegal.
4. For every BANK DEPOSITS one has to pay 0.1% TAX (10 PIASA per 100 RUPEES).
5. Encourage Plastic Money/ Bank Transactions by removing all types of charges for these transactions.

UAE Flood relief for Kerala.
India government had to create flood relief account to collect flood relief donation from other countries rather than blocking all foreign donation.it is necessary for the country to utilise the financial support from UAE of 700 crore like a investment from foreign countries in India from 1998 for Make in India, made in India, digital India.if the country can take the support of other countries by privitisation,FII,FDI,the flood donation from UAE will help kerala

The death toll in kerala flood given are different from each other. As in newspaper it is 236 , the other it is 370 pr 400. Lac of coordination among institutions had created this death toll.those institutions who can give good result went back due to their bad decision . those people , senior officers, scientust who are responsible to this mass death in Kerala had to face legal punishment so that such things should not be repeated. Governmen had to take legal action for those who are responsible
