Pranam Pradhan Mantri ji pranams.., Almost all the cities and villages of India are polluted by use of plastic bags. Instead of asking the citizens to avoid using plastic bags why not we ban the manufacture of plastic bags, the root cause for plastic usage. As long as they are available in the market they never carry their own bags. As far as I am concerned I never accept any plastic given by shopkeeper because I always carry my own bag in my pocket. Please think on this subject.
